What to Expect
- We’ll start by discussing what you’re looking to get out of lessons
- You can bring your own clubs or borrow some for the lesson
- We’ll take a look at your current swing, even if you’ve never swung a club before, and discuss what could be worked on
- We’ll go through practice routines you can do at home between lessons
- We’ll create a plan for the next few lessons
About Alexandra
I am a PGA Fellow Professional based at AMP Golf Performance Centre, Jersey. Opened in September 2021, AMP Golf Performance Centre offers state of the art indoor facilities including Trackman, GASP 3D Force Plates, SAM Puttlab and Puttview technologies. I also offer short game & playing lessons at Royal Jersey Golf Club. In 2022, I completed a MSc in Sports Performance Coaching through the University of Stirling, achieving the prize for the best research project exploring the experiences of female coaches working within the golf industry.
